تقوم سياسة الحضور بمنصة بروليدرز التابعه لشركة نخبة القادة للتعليم على إعتبار المتدرب حاضراً طالما أتم حضور عدد الأيام والساعات المعتمدة في الترخيص، حيث يعتبر التدريب الافتراضي مساوياً للتدريب الحضوري في الإجتياز والمدة وعدد الساعات والمسمى الأكاديمي. فى المحاضرات المسجله يعتبر الحضور موازيا للحضور الفعلى بعد اتمام الطلب حضور التسجيل بالكامل واكمال الاستماع الى المحاضرة المسجله يعتير اتمام الانشطة والتكليفات المطلوبه جزءا من اسس التقييم للطالب وجزء من درجات التحصيل الاجمالية يسمح باستخراج شهادات حضورالكترونية معتمده من الاكاديمية بشرط استيفاء حضور 80% من محاضرات الدورة البث المباشر التفاعلى يعتبر التفاعل المستمر و الاستجابة المستمرة والمتابعة المستمرة اثناء محاضرات البث المباشر او على مدار الدورة التدربية جزءا من تقييم الحضور واثباتا للحضور الافتراضى يسمح باستخراج شهادات اجتياز بشرط النجاح فى الاختبار الخاص بكل دورة والحصول على درجه لا تقل عن 70% وذلك للدورات المسجلة يتم اعتماد شهادة اجتياز الدورة من الجهات والهيئات المنظمة طبقا للقوانين والاحكام المنظمة لنظام التعليم بالمملكه العربية السعودية ويلتزم الطالب بتقديم البيانات اللازمه لاعتماد الشهادة وكذلك دفع الرسوم المقررة من الجهات المعنية وبذلك تقوم سياسة الحضور بالمعهد على إعتبار المتدرب حاضراً طالما أتم حضور عدد الأيام والساعات المعتمدة في الترخيص، حيث يعتبر التدريب الافتراضي مساوياً للتدريب الحضوري في الإجتياز والمدة وعدد الساعات والمسمى الأكاديمي.
