Attend Policy

The attendance policy of the ProLeaders platform, affiliated with Nukhbat Al-Qada' for Education, considers the trainee present as long as they complete the required number of days and hours approved in the license. Virtual training is considered equivalent to in-person training in terms of passing, duration, number of hours, and academic title. In recorded lectures, attendance is considered equivalent to actual attendance after completing the entire registration and listening to the recorded lecture. Completing the required activities and assignments is part of the evaluation criteria for the student and part of the overall achievement grades. Electronic attendance certificates are issued by the academy, provided that 80% of the course lectures are attended. Interactive live streaming considers continuous interaction, continuous response, and ongoing follow-up during the live streaming sessions or throughout the training course as part of the attendance evaluation and proof of virtual attendance. Completion certificates are issued, provided that the student passes the exam for each course and obtains a grade of at least 70%. For registered courses, the certificate of completion is accredited by the relevant authorities and organizations in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the education system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The student must provide the necessary data for certifying the certificate and pay the fees set by the relevant authorities. Thus, the attendance policy of the institute considers the trainee present as long as they have completed the required number of days and hours as per the license, where virtual training is equivalent to in-person training in terms of passing, duration, number of hours, and academic title.
