At Pro Leaders, affiliated with Elite Leaders for Education, we are committed to providing continuous support and guidance to new trainees in various online training programs. The academy follows a training plan that ensures maximum benefit for the trainee through the programs offered. The preparatory program is delivered remotely in the form of videos and simple electronic tools that do not require prior electronic knowledge, following a four-stage plan as follows:

Training	Communication and Support Channel
Activating the trainee's account, username, and password	On the first day of registration at the academy, we ensure that all trainee accounts are activated by adding the trainee to their assigned course by the instructor, and sending an email to the trainee with the username and password.
Using the online platform	Trainees are introduced to the online platform after adding the course materials. This includes: • Accessing the course materials • How to enter virtual classrooms for live lectures • How to view the written content for the lesson • How to prepare and complete assignments • How to access tests • How to communicate with the course instructor • How to communicate with the technical support team
Study schedules and test schedules	Introduction to how to access the study schedules and tests on the online platform.
Explanation of remote training policies at the academy and the study system for training programs	Introducing the trainee to the academy's policies for remote training and the study system for the programs the trainee is enrolled in, such as: • Procedures and policies • Attendance and absence policies and penalties • Details of the training program in terms of duration, grading distribution, and passing rate
