Admission Requirements

1. The trainee must have a high school diploma or its equivalent to join the training diploma.

2. A copy of the academic qualification along with the original for verification.

3. A copy of the national ID for Saudis and Gulf Cooperation Council citizens, or a valid residency permit for non-Saudis.

4. 3 recent personal photos.

5. Fill out all fields in the official registration form correctly and clearly.

6. Sign the agreement to all terms in the official registration form.

7. Write the name correctly and clearly in English.

8. Academic documents issued outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be validated by the competent authorities within the Kingdom before being accepted into the training institution.

9. There should be no disability preventing the trainee from mastering the skill.

10. Provide the center with an email address for communication.


General Terms

1. It is required that registrants in the diploma submit their documents to the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) on the specified dates for registration in the training calendar.

2. Adherence to the study plan of the diploma and the requirements of each subject.

3. Commitment to paying tuition fees when due.

4. Commitment to general ethics (dress code, good interaction with colleagues and staff). The trainee’s enrollment will be canceled if a decision to expel them is made due to unethical or inappropriate behavior.

5. It is strictly prohibited to use mobile phones inside classrooms.

6. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside classrooms.

7. The trainee will be warned for excessive unexcused absences, poor conduct, or for any reason the center deems deserving of a warning. If a second warning is given, the trainee will be prohibited from entering exams and considered failed in the courses for that term, and no refund of fees will be given.

8. The trainee’s enrollment will be canceled if they do not complete their training within the allowed time according to the regulations of the supervisory authorities.

9. Commitment to lecture and exam schedules. A student will not be allowed to enter the exam if they are more than 15 minutes late, and will be considered failed in that exam.

10. The diploma student will receive a diploma completion certificate and training record after passing the comprehensive exam conducted by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), or any other tests or methods adopted by the institution.


Absence and Attendance

1. The trainee must attend all lectures.

2. The trainee is considered absent if they are more than 15 minutes late for the start of the lecture.

3. The diploma student is considered deprived if their absence exceeds 20% of the total accredited hours for the course, whether the absence is excused or unexcused. They will not be allowed to take the course exam at the end of the training period and will be graded (H) or (DN), and they must re-register and pay the full fees for that course again.

4. The maximum training duration at the institute is double the basic period specified in the training plan for each diploma, including periods in which the trainee withdrew or was deprived, and exceeding the maximum period is only allowed with the approval of the TVTC. If the maximum duration is exceeded without approval, the institute has the right to cancel the trainee’s enrollment.


Study System

1. The system followed in diploma programs is the credit hour system accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).

2. The academic calendar issued by the TVTC is the sole reference for determining the start of the academic year, registration periods, add/drop periods, and exam dates.

3. No course can be registered unless the prerequisite course has been passed, except for trainees expected to graduate with the approval of the TVTC.

4. The trainee must pass the cooperative training course according to the regulations of the TVTC.

5. A warning will be issued to the trainee by the institute if their cumulative GPA falls below (2.00 out of 5.00) during the training period, and the institution will be notified.
